Wholesale Distributor Applications
All entities engaged in the distribution of prescription drugs into and/or from Wyoming are required to be licensed. For more information, please refer to Wyoming Statute 33-24-153 and the Wyoming Pharmacy Act Rules and Regulations Chapter 8. The wholesale distributor license covers multiple business activities. Virtual entities are not exempt from the requirements for licensure.
There are three types of Wholesale Distributor Licenses in Wyoming. Each has different requirements and serves a different purpose. If you are not sure which type of license is required, email bop@wyo.gov with your question and we will attempt to answer your question. You may wish to consult with your own legal counsel for help understanding and/or complying with Wyoming's requirements.

Copy of resident state license reflecting the change
