Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant. Renewal fees may be paid through a check, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to the Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy.
Pharmacy interns who attend a college or school of pharmacy other than the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy must provide verification from their college or school of pharmacy that they are enrolled and currently in good standing with their program.
Pharmacy intern licenses cannot be renewed beyond twenty-four (24) months from the date of graduation from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy where the initial degree in pharmacy was obtained.

All applicants for licensure as a pharmacist intern must provide the Board with fingerprints and other information required to obtain a criminal history record. Fingerprint Submission Card Instructions are included in the application packet. Applicants must follow the instructions and return (2) completed fingerprint cards with their application to the Board office.
Fingerprint cards can be obtained at your local law enforcement agency or authorized third-party fingerprinting service.
If needed, you can obtain fingerprint cards by contacting the Wyoming Board of Pharmacy office at bop@wyo.gov.
Intern applicants who attend a school of pharmacy other than the University of Wyoming must also provide verification from their school of pharmacy that they are a student currently in good standing.
A person who has graduated from a school of pharmacy and is not currently licensed in Wyoming as an intern, and who is in process of applying to be licensed as a pharmacist, may apply to be licensed as a Graduate Intern so that they can work in a pharmacy during their Pharmacist Application process.
